Health and Healing Benefits of Food Sovereignty

April 16, 2022 @ 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

By connecting to Indigenous and home-grown food sources, people arm themselves with nature’s medicine. In a time of global pandemic, shifting climates, and economic insecurity, food security and sovereignty is more crucial than ever.
